Bob Mickonis

Bob is the installation manager for Mobile Edge. He handles everything from window tinting to detailing, remote starts to custom installations. Bob has worked at Mobile Edge since 2004 and has become a very important member of our team.

Bob has 2 brothers and has lived in Lansford since he was 4. He has had a passion for automobiles since he was 14. Bob is very single and lives with his two brothers in Lansford.

When Bob is not tinting or installing, it is very possible that you will find him playing poker. Apparently, he is quite good at it too! He loves the outdoors, camping and riding his quad. He especially enjoys 4-wheeling with his Jeep (that poor Jeep!)

Dru Underwood

Dru has been an installer for Mobile Edge since 2005. He can handle everything from detail jobs to sophisticated remote starter installations.

Dru juggles his responsibilities at Mobile Edge while attending Penn State University. He is working towards his degree in Business Administration. His dedication to his education is amazing. The guy is always taking some kind of a class.

During his relatively little free time, Dru is an avid musician who plays the drums, guitar and bass. He even sings a little. Dru’s music collection is astronomical. His love for comedy may someday lead him to a few amateur stand up gigs now and then. His favorite foods include anything healthy but he does have a weakness for buffalo wings.

Kyle Silliman

Kyle has been apprenticing at Mobile Edge since the Fall of 2005. He has learned the install trade from the ground up and he has learned from the best. Kyle started his apprenticeship as a right hand man for our other installers. Today, he can do most anything that is thrown his way. His latest challenge is learning to tint windows.

Kyle graduated from Lehighton High School in June of 2007 and immediately became a full fledged member of the Mobile Edge team. We are lucky to have him.

When he is not working, you will find him tinkering with his own vehicle, improving on it’s sound and performance. He regularly goes to the movies with his friends. His hobbies include biking, hiking and camping. Kyle is perfectly at home in the outdoors.

Kellie Williams

Kellie is the office manager at Mobile Edge. She handles all the day to day paperwork, payroll and all of our wonderful taxes that we need to pay! When she is not paying bills, she is busy confirming appointments, collecting store statistics and sending out thank you cards.

Kellie is a licensed Veterinary Technician and plans to get back into that field in the future. She has 3 cats, a guinea pig and a dog named Suki.

Kellie’s hobbies include walking, biking, hiking, and fishing. She looks forward to the summer so that she can go to the beach and relax in the sun. An avid amusement park fan Kellie usually visits all the area parks each summer.

Kellie was very excited to find out that she will be an aunt by the end of the year!

One of the hardest working people we know, Kellie works several jobs and still always has a smile on her face. We don’t know how she does it!

Mitch Schaffer

Mitch opened the doors to his business on September 6, 1994. Back then Mobile Edge was called Schaffer’s Safe & Sound. He realized that the area between Allentown and Wilkes-Barre was not served by any quality car audio store. He rolled the dice and now, over a decade later, Mobile Edge continues to be a leader in the industry.

Mitch is a lifelong resident of the area. He spent the first 33 years of his life in Lehighton and recently moved to Kunkletown. He lives with his fiancé Marcia Snyder in a home they built several years ago. They enjoy traveling and spending time with their 3 dogs (2 Basset Hounds and a Beagle) and they recently adopted a cat.

When Mitch has free time, you can usually find him building something or working on the landscaping around his house.

His latest project is getting his home theater business off the ground. He has been working diligently to make sure that Cutting Edge Home Entertainment exceeds the successes that he has realized with Mobile Edge. Stay tuned.

Mitch realizes that in order to remain successful in this business, he needs to provide impeccable service and take care of every customer. He does this with a passion.
