It is simply not possible to design, build, market, distribute and sell a 1000 watt amp for $199. At least not an amp that produces 1000 watts of clean continuous power. You are much better off spending your $199 on an amp that will make @ 300 watts, manufactured by a quality company, and sold to you by and expert in the field.
