As part of the first phase of our store overhaul, we have completely redone the exterior of our store. Thanks to the guys at IDWraps in Slatington, the outside of our store looks incredible.
A few months ago, I decided that we needed to freshen up the look and feel of our store. As our tagline states, we are “More Than Just Great Car Audio.” While car audio is our core business, we do a lot of other things: Window tint, remote starters, bluetooth handsfree, ipod integration, marine audio, etc. We do a good job of promoting this online and in our advertising, but nothing on the outside of our store clues the public in to what we do.
So I called Malcolm Gieske from IDWraps in Slatington. His company applied the graphics to my home theater van last year and his company has done practically all of the in-store signage for me for the past several years. I explained to him what I had in mind and he had me work directly with his graphic designer, Sarah. Sarah worked extremely hard for me over the past couple of weeks to iron out the design.
I signed off on the final changes on Monday and Malcolm and his crew got to work printing my window graphics. On Thursday, his crew came up and completed the install on the glass. Now every window in front of our store has a catchy graphic that details what we do.
I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism from Malcolm and his staff. You could tell in working with them that they all care about what they do and it shows in their work.
So we now have the first phase of our makeover complete. The exterior of the shop is done. We have begun the interior remodel. Our new display boards will be delivered next week and the installation team from Hertz/Audison will be flying in the following week to set everything up for us. From then on, you will be able to hear the very best car audio available anywhere in the world at Mobile Edge in Lehighton. Be sure to stop in and listen for yourself!
