2014 vw golf remote starter install I had a remote starter installed in my brand new 2014 vw golf in march.It has worked perfectly in the following 7 months. If you want a remote starter on your vw call mobile edge... They will tell you what is possible & what isn't

Outstanding Service First I'm a older single woman who knew nothing about remote starters except that I wanted one. I started this process last November but with all the bad weather, I kept rescheduling the appt. The guys were very understanding and patience with me. Finally the day arrived and I dropped the car off. Mike gave me tour of the facility and explained what he would be doing to my Focus. Asked if I had questions. The next day Bob called to confirm the unit I would be getting and to ask if I had any questions. Car was ready as promised. Bob went over all the details on how it works and stressed that if I had any questions to call. It works great !!! I highly recommend these guys for any work they can do. Single woman - they can be trusted to do a outstanding job!!!

Customer since 2009 I have been going to mobile edge since 2009, Bob is the best and is excellent at his craft...I have had 3 of my cars in for various installs and have never been disappointed...recently I have had a issue with a faulty amp and some questionable speakers...with no hesitation Mobile edge not only diagnosed it but replaced the faulty gear and sent me on my way....I recommend everyone who asks to use mobile edge for all their car accessory needs... thanks guys!!!

Outstanding service I got in touch with Bob through email, and then I called and made an appointment at the store. Bob showed me around the store, explained the process and the manner in which they work, and then helped me choose a remote starter that fit my needs and my budget. I dropped the car off on the appointed day, and Mrs and I visited sights in the area while Mobile Edge did their work on my new car. The job was done at the promised time, and is exactly what I expected. The installation is seamless and the remote works perfectly. All the safeguards are in place to protect those who are working on the car: the device will not operate with the hood open, it will not operate unless the doors are closed and locked. I trust Mobile Edge to work on my cars as if those cars were their own. This is the level of service that sets the standard for the aftermarket industry.

one thing led to another So I went to mobile edge one day looking for a particular sound. The sound of heavy metal. I was greeted by Bob. He asks a few questions and pointed me in the direction of Memphis PR 10s I was sold. But as the week went on it wasn't right. All my mid sounded like garbage. I did some research and decided I couldn't stop there. So once again Bob helped with the selection of an amp box 6×9 and 6.5s. The whole way through this in stall Bob helped me make sure all my settings were correct because I am the kind of person who will study and then do. I will definitely go back and refer anyone. In the end my Vw wagon has some of the clearest HEAVY METAL I have ever heard beside a live concert. Thanks Bob . BTW do you guys deal with hearing aids? Something tells me I'll be needing them before I'm 40. Lol

2 way remote start People thought I was crazy for going so far away to have this put in. But the remote works great so far only day 2. But more important we had a great weekend at Jim Thorpe Inn rooms were great many places to eat we chose to eat there and the bar was reasonable with entertainment on Friday nights. Thanks again

Excellent tint job I had my 2000 Stratus tinted n front speakers/sound deadened installed here earlier in the year and they did an excellent job as far as making sure it was done nicely. My door speakers sound excellent n the panels are solid from rattling. As far as the window tinting, they had issues with my driver side window gasket, but after 2 times, it's looks much better than the first 2 times. My only complaint was my back window. My glass was pitted which I was unaware of and they went over it anyway and doesn't look 100% like the rest. If somebody would've told me about it before tinting it, I would've gotten it filled in. Other than that, great job guys and very very high customer service you can expect with them along with their installs/tint work.

Head Unit Purchase & Install I want to thank Bob and the guys for doing an AMAZING job on installing my new head unit and thanks to Mike for taking the time to show me how to use it. You can install a remote starter in a standard trans car For some reason, I happened upon the website for Mobile Edge a few years ago. Sweet, since I live in Lehighton!! One of the highlight articles was an explanation about the myth regarding installing a remote starter on a standard transmission car. Truly a myth, Mobile Edge said I could get a remote starter installed on my baby: a 2003 Celica GT-S 6 speed manual. I dropped the car off for the day; when they called to tell me the car was ready, I was getting my finger stitched at the emergency room just up the street. Mobile Edge did a wonderful job installing the remote starter: no scratches on my car (very important). Bob even reprogrammed the remote starter when I ran into an issue that caused the horn to beep when I started the car. Bob is the greatest. When the Celica was totaled in an accident, the insurance company gave me $250 extra for the remote starter, too!! Truly a good investment.

Excellent Service!! I stopped in unannounced today just after lunch because my remote start fob wasn't operating correctly. I was worried as I drove over from NJ on my way home to St. Louis. I kept thinking, "I hope they can help me when I come in because I don't have time to hang around." I walked in, Bob came out from the back and figured out the problem was weak batteries. In less than five minutes he had swapped the batteries out and tested the fob with my truck. Then, he only charged me for the batteries and nothing at all for his time. I was truly blown away! I couldn't have been treated better. I was right to buy my remote starter from you guys four years ago. Until this low battery incident it has functioned flawlessly and now continues to do so. Thanks again Bob!

Exceptional Install Bob and the Mobile Edge team did an exceptional job with my 2013 Honda Accord. I kept my head unit and had an audison bit ten installed with a hertz amp and hi-energy speakers. Bob was very helpful with the product selection and the custom box for the new sub in the rear deck looks great. The sound is incredible and I would highly recommend Mobile Edge.

Tinted Windows (Power Wagon) Bob and the Mobile Edge staff did an awesome job making my 2013 Ram Power Wagon look even meaner than it already is. An 18% front driver and passenger side window tint to match the factory in the back. Acceptional job!

Long distance love affair I drove in from Cincinnati OH to have Mobile Edge install a remote car starter on my Miata. Bob gave me good advice and was realistic in helping me pick out the best setup based on how I would use it. I'd say his advise was right on because I love my remote car starter! I'm on the road a lot so I wanted a system that would work from the hotel. I got the 4x power system that's rated for 2000 ft. In 6 weeks it's it's started the car very time except 1 when I was on the 3rd floor in the very back - rough day I had to start it from the breakfast are 🙂 I looked at a lot of cheap systems and websites before I decided onMobile Edge. It was well worth the drive!

Navigation System Bob and Mitch are awesome!!!Bob originally installed a Pioneer nav system i purchased online in my then New 08 Kia sportage, Did a great job everything worked great for 5 years, i decided to trade in the kia this year and called up mobile edge to see if they could remove the system from the Kia since it was going to used for a trade. Bob explained that they were booked and did not have space as i needed to get it done in 2 days.I was fine with that , bob suggested that i cal the dealer and see if they would do it, well dealer is a dealer and would not. Called Bob back not only did he try to accomadate me, he squeezed me in that night and was able to get my work completed but completed quick and professionally and all after hours...Kudos to Bob and mobile edge for coming through...i am going to be taking my new Truck in for tinting and rear dvd system!!!

Very professional I recently purchased a vehicle that didn't have satellite radio in it so I took it to the pros at Mobile Edge. Bob Mickonis helped me pick out a new touch screen head-unit that was satellite radio ready. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable. The team installed my new radio quickly and even when I had problems with the satellite radio feed (which is apparently related to the "XM" service in this area because of the mountains) they were nice enough to move the antenna to see if that would resolve the problem without question. I would definitely recommend them and Bob for any radio needs.

Mobile Edge is Second to None! Working with Mobile Edge was one of the wisest and safest decisions I have ever made on my cars. I have been a long-time customer for 5 years and am always surprised by their quality and genuine concern for customers. They provide excellent customer service, latest products on the market, and honest advice when investing in your vehicle. Because they did such a great job on my Jeep Liberty a couple years ago, I was sure to have them work on my Acura TL. Because of Mobile Edge, I constantly receive many complements on my cars, plus they look so much better than when the vehicles were purchased. In fact, the dealerships cannot offer the types of premium services that Mobile Edge is known for. Window Tint/Remote Starter I needed windows tinted on my 08 G6 so I looked up reviews and found mobile edge and can say I am more then pleased with there work so I turned to them for a remote starter also Great Great Work I approve!!

Personal, prompt replies and great advice My review is somewhat unusual, as I ended up going with another dealer, but only because I live 1000 miles away. But having known Mitch for a long, long time, I asked his advice on how to put audio in a new-to-me Mustang convertible and strongly considered driving it to Lehighton to have it done (in the end, the cost of the fuel and the potential for bad weather led me to stay local). Why do I post this? Mitch spent considerable time giving me options and made suggestions that showed his knowledge of audio as well as gave me options in every possible price category. He really made me an informed consumer and helped me make some difficult choices. After this, I had to tell him I just couldn't drive to PA to get the work done and I felt pretty bad about it, but Mitch reassured me he was happy to help. This type of knowledge and commitment to the industry is unheard of. So is the quality of the website and the quality of the advice he gave me. If you are in Lehighton (or a bit closer than 1000 miles), I strongly suggest giving Mitch and MobileEdge your business. If I ever drive to the East Coast again, I'll be sure to.

Just had a remote start put in my car by Mobile Edge. I must say in one word professional. From the git go I was treated kindly and with respect. I was told what to expect and it was delivered.When installed I was walked through with the entire working process and several options even, so as I could and would feel comfortable in any situation. Being elderly and with confusion sometimes an issue, I feel confident and would recomend Mobil Edge for any type installation they do.

Since I started dealing with these guys I have been impressed. If they don't have the answer when I ask the question they find out and get back to me. Longtime Customer I have been doing business with mobile edge for a very long time now! Bought my very first aftermarket stereo there back in 1995 and have been going back ever since. Great customer service and courtesy, very knowledgeable of the products they sell and install. I recently had my 2009 ford fusion there for window tinting and must say Bob did an excellent job on the car. Can't even tell is was not from the factory! This is not the first car I had window tinting done on and will not be the last. Was recently in the shop and spoke to the owner about remote car starters. After 30 minutes or so of discussion my car goes in this week to have one installed. Very professional, clean, and very up to date with all the latest products out there today!! Great Shop / Great Speakers Mobile Edge is a bit out of the way as far as location goes, but it was well worth the trip. I chose this dealer because they carry Hertz speakers, which if you do your research, are one of the best car speakers out there. I came into the shop looking for a pair of replacement speakers for my new vehicle. I needed a high quality speaker with high efficiency that could run off the low power of my factory head. The dealer recommended a pair of Hertz coaxials along with some dynamat to reduce vibrations. Installation took little more then an hour with no signs of damage from removal of the door panels. The improvement in sound was very impressive. You can go to your local Best Buy, but you won't find the same quality speakers available, and will be likely be taking a greater risk with the quality of the installation.

When you are in the market for car audio / conveinence items, you owe it to yourself to call / stop in to see Mitch and the team at Mobile Edge. As an active member of the 12volt community for well over 15 years, when people ask me to suggest places to get their vehicle serviced, the answer is confident and automatic, you go to Mobile Edge. They have the right tools to perform the necessary services, their staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, they don't carry "disposable" car audio pieces and their pricing is very good for the high level of service that is provided. When you leave, you won't feel cheated or worked over. Their facility looks good, is laid out well and is easily shopable. Mitch also promotes his brand very well, and the charitable work he and his team does is awesome. Most importantly, to me at least, they are good people. Cannot even tell they were in your car other then seeing new item just purchased. I highly recommend you give them a try. BTW, once you own a 2 way remote starter, you will be hooked. I bought one for my daughter and my better half and now they are hooked also. Summer or winter we use it all the time. Any mechanic will tell you to let your car warm up a bit before putting it in gear. Problem solved! I will start it as i leave a store in the summer so the oil has time to circulate properly before driving away. Good for the engine and transmission. In the winter, well nothing like getting into a warm car. Needless to say its a great selling point if you decide to sell your car in the future.

It was time for a remote start on my new car and I wasn't going to do the CC or BB store install. Been there, fixed that. Found Mobile Edge on the Google search, stopped at the shop to discuss my application. Bob was very helpful,showing me the line of products available. After several email conversations ( I live 45 min away ) with them, they helped me define the best fit for my request. I got an appointment within a few days. Most of all, the install was excellent, very professional. Yes, a few bucks more than the Electronics chain stores, but the quality of the product and install was well worth it.
