The other day, one of our local clients stopped by our shop to share exciting news with us about how the backup camera we installed in his vehicle saved his day.
Our client was busy running some errands on the weekend, and all of the streets and shops were swamped with shoppers. Shopping on the weekend is not ideal for him, because he doesn’t enjoy the crowds and long lines that come with the weekend. Having to parallel-park can be an added frustration, especially when there aren’t any open parking spaces to be found.

Already worn out and frazzled, our client finally found a parking space between two other parked cars. He was unsure whether his vehicle would fit into the space, but decided to give it a try. After all, he did have a backup camera! He slowly began backing up, readjusting and then backing up some more. Watching the image his camera displayed for him, he had everything he needed to back into this tight space. About 30 seconds later, he was in a parking spot and ready to get some things done!
Our client was thrilled because he knew if he would have been in this same scenario without a backup camera, he probably would have damaged his car and possibly the cars in front of and behind him. His backup camera saved him from spending time on continuing to look for a larger space. More importantly, it saved him from costly repairs on three vehicles. That alone made his day full of errands a little brighter!
