A local family who had heard of our business in the past sought us out to troubleshoot a malfunctioning factory radio in their 2015 Toyota Sienna van. The factory radio would turn on, but would not produce any sound. We quickly diagnosed the radio and found that it was indeed broken and had to be replaced.
We discussed the functions they desired in a new aftermarket radio, and selected the Pioneer AVH-W4500NEX as the perfect choice. Fortunately, we were able to get them in right away to replace the radio, since a trip to Disney World was on the near horizon for the family. We integrated their existing factory steering wheel radio controls, and the new radio provides music streaming and hands-free calling just like they had with the factory radio. This radio also introduced them to Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which would be a welcome feature on their long trip, with navigation and points of interest information along the route.
