A client of ours from Lehighton reached out to our team about adding a couple of phone-charging ports to his 2015 Toyota Prius. He was searching for a way to charge phones while in the car, whether it was his or a client’s.
In his Prius, there were several “knockouts” to the left of the steering column. These provided a great place to add the charging ports without our having to drill any holes in the vehicle, and allow for quick replacement of the small knockout piece if needed before he might sell or trade in the car in the future. This piece looks factory, especially when not in use; is easily reached for quick connection; and keeps the center console power ports open for any charging needed by passengers.
